The dynamic struggles in the workforce, the global pandemic, social tensions, the economy, the war, and other issues too numerous to mention are impacting people-leaders in unimaginable ways. It is because of this changing landscape that coaches are facing some of the biggest coaching challenges even though they are also experiencing greater business opportunities.

As a result, coaches around the globe realize the need to adjust their practice and coach approach when the risks for their clients are so high. This session will focus on the work of coaches, move beyond the jargon and give you the chance to put down the programs and packages you use. You will work to examine methods and strategies to shift the conversation with your clients and challenge yourselves to examine where you can adjust your own approach.

About the presenter

Dr. Adena Johnston brings over two decades of corporate experience in operations, talent management and executive coaching. Her strength is bridging her business acumen with her deep knowledge of organizational dynamics to provide insightful and actionable strategies for clients. Adena is know for her candid and supportive approach, her attention to career mobility, and as an executive coach to the C-Suite and emerging leaders.

Adena holds a doctorate in Management with a focus on strategic leadership and organizational complexity. She is a Master Certified Executive Coach and an active member of Forbes Coaches Council, the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) and its MEECO Leadership Institute, International Coach Federation (ICF) of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Society for People and Strategy (PSPS).
